Service Agreement & Definitions
By engaging with Verdant Canopy for vertical garden design, urban farming, or maintenance services, you're agreeing to the standards of excellence we set for our horticultural craft. Our mission in New York is to revitalize the concrete jungle, but that requires defined boundaries.
1. Installation Scope
We'll provide materials, specialized plant selections, and necessary green wall systems as detailed in your custom proposal. We don't just hang plants; we engineer living ecosystems. Please note that structural assessments of the mounting surfaces are the client's responsibility unless specified in our premium consultation package.
2. Maintenance & Survivability
Did you know that a vertical garden can live for 10+ years with proper care? While we offer a 90-day survivability guarantee on plant stock installation, this remains contingent on the client maintaining the irrigation schedule and environmental conditions we dictate. We don't take shortcuts, and we hope you won't either.

3. Payment & Cancellations
A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to secure your spot in our design seasonal rotation. Life happens, we get it. If you need to reschedule, give us at least 72 hours notice so we don't have a team of horticulturalists standing ready with nowhere to go.
